Price list for hiring at Lechlade Memorial Hall
The session rate has been set at approximately 2.5 times the hourly rate. This means that, for hire periods of 2 hours or less, it makes sense for users to book by the hour. Beyond 2 hours, the session charge will be cheaper for the hirer.
Session times
Session times are normally 8.00 – 13.00, 13.00 – 18.00 and 18.00 - 23.59. Other session times, by
arrangement.
Block bookings
When hiring more than one room, and/or hiring room or rooms for more than one consecutive sessions, that is to say “block bookings”, price on application. For corporate events and wedding reception packages, please contact the booking clerk for a quote.
Proposed charging structure
In the tables below, Lechlade is defined as the GL7 3xx Post code area. (This is the current definition.)
