Centre facilities


We have a choice of room options suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.  In the new building all rooms will have free high-speed fiber wireless internet access and can be hired with a variety of audio and visual equipment including a hearing loop in every room.  The Main Hall has a stage with a Green Room behind.  Smaller rooms are available on the first floor accessible by both stairs and lift.  Please contact us for more information by email bookonlinelechlade@gmail.com or by telephone 07788809784. All rooms can be booked for 5-hour sessions, from 0800 to 1300, 1300 to 1800 and 1800 to 2400.  All rooms can be booked for 1 hour slots.

The hire charges in the Pricing Document link at the bottom of each page are for Commercial and Non-Resident users.  We offer discounted rates for youth and local community organisations, and other not for profit organisations.  Online bookings will receive a quotation via email.  Registered users will have access to all their booking information, invoices, costs and calendar, and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

Pricing: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Suitable for fitness clubs, youth organisations, children’s parties, presentations and meetings. There is a kitchen suitable for serving light refreshments. Changing rooms with showers are available at the rear of the building for those hiring the All Weather Pitch. The price shown is for Commercial & Non-Resident users for a one hour slot but a 5 hour session can also be booked. Discounts are available - see the link to the Pricing Document at the bottom of each page

Main Hall

Pricing: £20.00-£26.00 per hour

For large meetings and presentations, banquets, receptions, exhibitions and dances, and can include a fully equipped kitchen. Large doors lead to an enclosed garden area. The Social Room can be hired with the Main Hall to give significantly more space. The price shown is for hourly slots, but bookings can be made for a 5-hour session for a discounted rate - see link to Pricing Document at foot of each page

The Social Room has seating in easy chairs around low tables but can also be used in theatre style. The room includes the bar but users must provide their own glasses. A folding door gives access to the Main Hall so that the two rooms can be used together. The price shown is for Commercial users for a 1-hour slot, but bookings can be made for a 5-hour session at a discounted rate. Discounts are available for multiple sessions - see Pricing Document at foot of each page

Provides space for 20 people seated at tables or up to 50 people theatre style, and is also suitable for dance, keep-fit or similar activities. The Clarke and Pierce Rooms can be combined by a sliding folding partition to form a larger venue if required. There is a small refreshment point on the landing suitable for serving tea and coffee for up to 30 people

An artificial playing surface pitch with sand in-fill matted surface. The pitch is marked out for five-a-side football but also suitable for hockey practice and similar activities. Pitch size approx 40m x 20m. Floodlighting is available.
